Im using Foreca since 2011.
Im that year, for Urugayan weather forecasts were 50% correct.
Later, in 2012, 13 and 14 Foreca was a perfect companion. 60% precise from 10th to 5th day, 90% perfect for 1 to 4 days forecasts.
This year, for south Brazilian area, precision got lower, frankly lower, besides constant bugs the app become subject to.
Hope this is temporary.
Also Id prefer a paid version to get rid of advertisement
